What makes a school year enjoyable?

Schools are a type of community.
A community, by definition, is a group of interacting people. These people, in a community interact, based on proximity.(i.e., in space, time, or relationship).*
This type of community is a social unit. This social unit shares common values. Social cohesion is the end result.
Additionally, a type of community is a group that interacts, lives(thrives), and shares a populated environment (to foster a desired interaction). A community is a group or society. A community is formed and designed to help each other achieve common or desired goal(s). The goals, as well as, the method(s) of accomplishing them, are agreed upon and openly accepted by all in the community.
Also, Resources, expertise, communication and collaboration ensure the success of the community. Everyone understands they have a part to contribute to the community's effectiveness. Every contribution is mutually beneficial and appreciated.
Furthermore, a community is derived from behaviors, morays, and other philosophical ideologies that establishes, enforces, and enhances a mutual coexistence.
Schools are an academic community set in a learning environment with the common goal of acquiring useful knowledge that is life applicable. A school community is comprised of Students, Teachers, Parents, Principals, and other Faculty and Staff.
What makes a school year enjoyable?
Keep in mind that every member of the school community has a role to play in creating maintaining and ensuring that enjoyment.
May this year be an 'Enjoyable School Year' for all.
